About

We support the software nobody else will

Zero Exposure is a company of Titanium Labs LLC. We take over aging software that lost its developer, and we keep it running.

Why we exist

Useful software should not be abandoned

Plenty of working software ends up with nobody responsible for it. The developer took another job, the agency closed, the vendor stopped answering. The software still runs the business, which is exactly why it matters.

The name describes the goal: you should no longer be exposed to a vanished vendor, an unexpected outage, an unsupported version or knowledge that left with one person. Zero Exposure is a company of Titanium Labs LLC.

What we value

Four working principles

Plain English

We explain what we find in business terms. A technical appendix is separate and optional.

Calm and specific

We name what needs fixing, what it costs and when. No alarm, no pressure.

You own it

Access, backups and documentation live in accounts in your name.

Honest limits

We say what we cannot see, what we do not do and when you do not need us.

How we work

AI-assisted, human-reviewed

We use AI tools to speed up the first pass: reading unfamiliar code, drafting updates and checking our own work. A person reviews and approves every change and every report. We disclose this on the first call and in the written scope.

  • Changes ship as pull requests or documented steps.
  • No production change without your written approval.
  • Access is held in a credential vault that you own.
  • If you prefer no code reach an AI model, a fully manual option is available for assessments and reviews.
  • Your code is deleted within 30 days of the final report unless you are on a retainer.

What we do not do

Clear about our limits

We do not offer security assessments or security testing, and we refer those out to specialists. We do not give legal advice. We do not publish client names, and we do not make claims about results we cannot show.

We are new, and we say so. Our first design-partner engagements are priced accordingly, and we would rather earn a reference than invent one. See pricing or read the FAQ.
