Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains what information Zero Exposure, a company of Titanium Labs LLC ("we", "us"), collects through zeroexposure.io and what we do with it.

Information we collect

Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, website address (optional), the message you write and the page you were on. Please do not include passwords or other credentials in a message.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring site, and they may set cookies.

We do not collect phone numbers through this website, we do not send text messages, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message and discuss our services.
  • To prepare proposals and agreements you ask for.
  • To understand and improve how the website performs.
  • To meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use what you send us for advertising to third parties.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as email delivery, form handling and analytics providers, and only as needed for those tasks. We may disclose information if required by law. If Titanium Labs LLC were to be sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Client code and materials

If you become a client, the code and materials you give us are covered by the written agreement for the engagement. Unless you are on a retainer, we delete our copy of client code within 30 days of the final report. Our work is AI-assisted and human-reviewed, and the agreement describes how any AI tools are used with your materials.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them or remove identifying details.

How we keep it private

We take reasonable measures to keep your information private, including limiting access to people who need it and using reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute privacy.

Cookies and analytics choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can use browser tools or Google's opt-out tools to limit analytics. The site works without them.

Your privacy rights, including California residents

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to ask that we not sell or share it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email hello@zeroexposure.io. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
