Terms of Use

Last updated: October 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of zeroexposure.io, operated by Zero Exposure, a company of Titanium Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

This website

The site is for general information about our services. Nothing on it is a contract, an offer capable of acceptance or professional advice for your particular situation. Prices shown are in USD and apply to the scope described. Larger or unusual systems are quoted in writing before any work starts.

Services are governed by a written agreement

Work with us begins only after a written scope or agreement that you approve. That document controls what we do, what it costs, the credit terms, how we handle your code and materials and how either side can end the engagement. If it conflicts with this page, the written agreement controls.

We make no production change to your systems without your written approval.

What our reports are and are not

Findings are as of the stated date. This is not a guarantee, a security assessment or a penetration test.

We do not offer security assessments or security testing, and we do not give legal, tax or accounting advice. Credits toward later work are non-cash, non-refundable and non-transferable, as described in the written scope.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it or send content that is unlawful or harmful. Do not include passwords or other credentials in a message through the contact form.

Intellectual property

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Titanium Labs LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. Ownership of client code and materials is addressed in the written agreement for each engagement.

No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind about the site, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Liability for services is set out in the written agreement for each engagement.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the update.
